Having worked extensively in the traditional valuation and auction arena for over 25 years, Chris brings significant experience to the team. He has worked for all the major UK Banks, Accountants and Finance Houses in corporate finance, restructuring and insolvency projects. He has diverse industry knowledge encompassing most asset classes. Previously Chris was a Partner at Bache Treharne and prior to this he was Vice President of Europe for DoveBid.
Chris is leading the Appraisal and Industrial teams in the European region assisting clients in both valuation and disposal projects. His experience with some of the largest and most high profile projects in the European region and internationally brings additional value to the skill set of the team.
Bruce Lyle

Bruce has more than 30 years of experience on an international scope, having been an asset appraiser and producer of industrial asset auction sales throughout North America and Europe. He has a keen understanding of the inventory, machinery and equipment and auction industry, and is a respected evaluator and auctioneer.
Bruce, who has numerous accreditations, completed his studies at British Columbia Polytechnic Institute in Vancouver. He is a Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) certified appraiser and member of the American Society of Appraisers.
In addition to managing the appraisal business, Bruce works closely with Hilco Industrial Europe, specialists in machinery, equipment and industrial inventory disposition in the UK and throughout the European Union.
Mark Proudley

Mark has 14 years of experience full time within the appraisal industry including asset-based lending, liquidations, insolvency valuations, mergers and acquisitions, insurance, management of auction and disposal sales. He is also an experienced plant and machinery auctioneer. Mark is a member of several respected trade organizations. He is also a consultant to financial institutions on asset disposal and sale, a candidate member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and a member of Association of Business Recovery Professionals.

John is a veteran insolvency and valuation professional with over 18 year’s industry experience. A specialist in machinery and business asset valuation, John has been involved with numerous valuations on behalf of asset based lenders.
John's experience includes valuations, asset management and multi-discipline disposals for lenders and insolvency practitioners across a broad spectrum of industries. He is a consultant to financial institutions and provides comprehensive valuation and exit strategy advice for asset based loans and recoveries.
